As the Grailkeeper, she must risk her life to keep her charges safe. However, she knows she needs help and Lex is willing, but can she trust him when he already hurt her and he could easily be the one behind the attacks.
This enjoyable romantic suspense makes believers out of readers that the mythos of a pantheon of Goddesses exists. The story line is action-packed and filled with suspense on several levels besides the obvious cat and mouse game with the grail destroyer. Readers will wonder whether Maggi will ask Lex to help and, if yes, will he ultimately betray her. Should she choose an alternate hunk Rhys, who seems to desire her as much as Lex has without the dark secrets? In any case fans will appreciate this superb mythological romance.
